1. About Us
Beanstalk Merch provides custom printed and embroidered clothing and merchandise to businesses, organisations and trade customers. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Trade Accounts
Trade accounts are approved at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke a trade account at any time. Trade pricing, discounts and offers are exclusive to approved trade customers and must not be shared.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order has been confirmed and payment received, it cannot be changed or cancelled as items are custom made.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all artwork, sizes, quantities and spellings before approval. Beanstalk Merch cannot be held responsible for errors once approval has been given.
4. Custom Products
All products are made to order. Colours, placement and sizing may vary slightly from on screen mock-ups due to the nature of printing and embroidery. These variations are not considered faults.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before production begins. Any discounts or promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or factors outside our control. Risk passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
7. Returns on Custom Goods
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, personalised and custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are produced to your specific requirements.
This includes items printed or embroidered with logos, names, designs, colours or sizes chosen by the customer.
Refunds or replacements will only be offered if goods are proven to be faulty or incorrect due to an error by Beanstalk Merch. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence.
Normal wear and tear, incorrect sizing choices, or approval of artwork containing errors are not considered faults.
8. Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they have the right to use any logos, designs or artwork supplied. Beanstalk Merch accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringement.
9. Website Use
All content on this website is owned by Beanstalk Merch and must not be copied or reused without permission. We may update or change website content at any time.
10. Liability
Beanstalk Merch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
